Our Services2.1 We provide curated in person dating events and optional matchmaking services.2.2 We may screen applicants and select attendees at our discretion. Admission to any event or to the matchmaking pool is not guaranteed.2.3 We do not guarantee that you will meet a romantic partner, obtain dates, enter a relationship, or achieve any specific personal outcome.3. User Responsibilities and Conduct3.1 You agree to behave respectfully, lawfully, and safely at all times, both online and at events.3.2 You are solely responsible for your interactions with other participants, both during and after events. We do not conduct formal background checks and cannot guarantee the character, intentions, or behavior of any participant.3.3 We may remove or refuse service to anyone whose behavior we deem unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.4. Tickets, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds4.1 Ticket and service prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.4.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non refundable.4.3 If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled by us, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement ticket, event credit, or refund.4.4 You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred from your payment provider.5. Communications and Marketing5.1 By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive emails, texts, and calls about your application, tickets, events, and related services.5.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but we may still send transactional or service related messages.6. Intellectual Property6.1 All content on the Services, including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.6.2 You may use the site for personal, non commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.7. Event Photography, Media, and Testimonials7.1 Events may be photographed or recorded. We will provide a way for you to opt out of being in photos or videos where reasonably possible.7.2 If you voluntarily appear in photos, videos, or provide testimonials or reviews, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to any additional consent we request from you.8. Disclaimers8.1 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.8.2 We do not guarantee that any participant is who they claim to be, that any meeting will be safe, or that any relationship or outcome will result from your participation. You are responsible for exercising common sense and caution in all interactions.9. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability9.1 You understand and agree that attending in person events and meeting other individuals involves inherent risks. By using the Services and attending events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.9.3 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.10. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meet In The Wild, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your conduct at events, or your breach of these Terms.11. Third Party Links and ServicesOur Services may contain links to third party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties and you access them at your own risk.12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If not resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, on an individual basis, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to the extent permitted by law.12.3 You waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.13.
